Placed in the heart of Lisbon, the Palácio das Especiarias was created in a building with a lot of history, with more than 400 years having survived the earthquake of 1755 in Lisbon.
The name of it emerges from that same history, being said that two vice-kings of India and two vice-kings of Brasil were born between this walls. All the decoration is allusive to the era, telling the story of the portuguese discoveries, as well to the rebuilt of Lisbon.
